Apple has released their new round of switch ads. Say what you will, this is a pretty effective advertising campaign. What I find particularly interesting is how you can tell it’s an apple ad even if the sound is down and before you see the logo. One thing Apple does a great job of is consistency in their branding and marketing efforts. Not only do their products and software all work seamlessly together, but their presentation is uniform as well. And seeing by the number of parodies of the ads that have popped up all over the web, I’d say it struck a nerve. Viral advertising at it’s best…

I did find it funny that they left the Ellen ad on the page of new ones… speaking of which, have you seen this version? Oops, looks like the link is broken… (via ellenfeiss.net)
